Bricks2Chain is an RWA (Real World Asset) platform that connects stablecoin holders to real residential development projects in the Baltics — Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Investors can participate in a specific property SPV using USDT or USDC, and capital is deployed into real housing construction, not speculation. Each project is structured under an Estonian OÜ and follows KYC/AML-compliant processes within the EU.
The model is simple: fund a regulated SPV for a specific build, develop the property, sell it at market value, and then distribute principal + profit back to the investor’s wallet. Distribution logic is enforced on-chain for transparency. Bricks2Chain does not issue a public token, does not run an ICO, and does not list speculative assets on exchanges.
You participate in a dedicated SPV that finances a specific residential build. After completion and sale, the SPV returns principal plus any profit to you in stablecoins. Target cycles are typically 12–18 months. All transactions are logged on-chain for traceability.
